The trial was disgusting as was the (unsurprising) verdict. I've had to comfort people, several of whom were crying because they believe they're living through the implosion of our society as we know it, and I have no idea of what to say. Our "justice" system is a joke; the verdict was all but ordained. Sorry to be such a downer but it's getting really hard to be upbeat these days.

I agree with you, it's so frustrating. I'm sure he has learned much from this; unfortunately, none of what he's learned are the right things.
